His investment philosophy follows a "Go Anywhere" approach — seeking opportunities across any asset class, globally, if it meets our macro, fundamental, and technical analysis. Mike is also deeply committed to risk management, viewing it as a lost art in today’s financial world. He believes complacency is one of the greatest threats to long-term success. A coach at heart, Mike operates on a simple principle: “There is no substitute for hard work. Hard work pays off.” Mike is on a mission to always be himself and genuine no matter what: “I am willing to lose revenue to do the right thing, serve first, last and always”

Personal Life
Mike was born in South Georgia and raised in St. Mary’s, where he grew up navigating snapping turtles, snakes, and alligators. He later moved to Dublin, California, and attended Dublin High School, where he was a standout student-athlete through college:

In 2015, Mike married the love of his life, Allison Lemas, and together they are proud parents to two amazing daughters: Fiona (2018) and Maya (2022). When he’s not coaching or advising clients, Mike can often be found in his favorite setting — fly fishing in rivers, streams, lakes, and oceans.
